Mr.Michael Pang

Managing Director

Mr. Michael Pang started his medical business career since 1974. In his 42 years in the business, he has both the expertise of manufacturing and trading. He founded Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd in 1990, a leading Singapore company majoring in the importation and distribution of medical rehabilitation equipment with offices & retail outlets in Malaysia and Singapore. He is the Vice President of the Singapore Association of Medical Device which represents the medical device industry in Singapore. He is also the founding and current President of the Singapore Line Dancing Association since the year 2000.

In April 2013, he took on the challenge to manufacture and market the World’s First Transfer Wheelchair under a new company – Winner SG Pte Ltd. It has since won the AAMHP Best Innovation Award 2014 (Australian Association of Manual Handling of People) and Award Finalists in WPO-IPOS IP Awards 2016 and Ageing Asia 2017 Best Innovation Award.

Mr. Robby Asianto

Business Development Director

Robby Graduated from University of New South Wales in 1993, majoring in Computer Science. He is a skilled technologist, with a proven track record of successful start-ups in Singapore and other regions. Regarded as a pioneer in the digital signage industry, with successful installations at international airports, malls, and theaters.

A programmer and engineer by training, Robby is also an accomplished businessman, combining technical know-how and strong salesmanship. A natural leader, he has proven managerial and strong organizational, deal-making and leadership skills.


Emmy Prieto


Emmy Prieto is a manual handling educator at ACT Government. He has detailed experience of Manual Handling, Predict Assess & Respond to Challenging/Aggressive Behavior (PART) & Basic Life Support. He has huge experience in developing area specific training packages for a variety of different work groups. Emmy represents SDU at stakeholder meetings and spends time in researching and trial new equipment available regarding Manual Handling. Emmy also provides advice to staff throughout The Canberra Hospital regarding Workplace Safety and Manual Handling.

Emmy is very much active in liaising with staff to implement Manual Handling care plans for patients. He is a key member in providing input in developing policies and plans regarding Manual Handling and OH&S. Emmy’s responsible for attending field trips to gather information and benchmark against other hospitals.

Dr. Amitesh Narayan


Dr. Amitesh did his graduation and post-graduation in Physiotherapy from Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences (Now, School of Allied Health Sciences), Manipal (Manipal University) in the year 1997 and 1999 respectively. His clinical expertise are in field of Developmental Paediatric, Geriatrics, and Community Physiotherapy. Prior to his present position as Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, Kasturba Medical College & Hospital (Manipal University), Mangalore, he has been head of the Physiotherapy departments at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore.

He has been instrumental in developing collaborative research with McMaster University and University of Manitoba, Canada in the field of developmental paediatrics. He has received numerous distinguished awards throughout his career.

Amitesh is a regular speaker nationally and internationally. He has special interest in Neuro Developmental Therapy for Cerebral Palsy Children, Neonatal Intensive care, Early intervention for High risk (Assessment and Therapy) children and use of standardised screening and developmental assessment scales for motor analysis of high-risk infants and challenged children.

He has published 21 research papers since 2007 and a member of the editorial board of journal “Critical Reviews in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine”. He is also actively involved in social work with “Kurdistan Save the Children/Kurdistan Children’s Fund, Sulaimaniya, Iraq” and Chetana Child Development Centre, Mangalore, India.

Amitesh is married, has a daughter aged 8 years and enjoys reading and writing academic literature in newspaper as well as listening to emotional classical music.

Loi Mei Ling


RN, CM, MSN (Delta Sigma Epsilon Sigma Hons), PGDHE, Cert Teaching and Learning, Cert Midwifery, Paediatrics and Community Health Care.

Mei Ling is our professional and quality expert advisor. She was a Senior Nursing Lecturer at a polytechnic with extensive working experiences as a registered nurse in Singapore, Australia and USA. She has a very keen interest in education, patient care, research, innovation, product design and development.

Her vast experiences included nursing and product design / development. She has mentored many engineering, design and nursing students for various product design and development as well as guiding students for competitions at both the polytechnic and national levels.

She has also facilitated and judged the ASEAN Youth innovation Challenge Competitions for the last three years.
